Violin
Oleksandr Pushkarenko is an award-winning violinist and composer, widely recognized for his exceptional talent, purity of sound, and deeply expressive, romantic musical voice—qualities frequently praised by the international press. His artistic vision is rooted in what he defines as the “Paganinian Vector,” a personal and contemporary continuation of the Genoese violin tradition founded by Niccolò Paganini.
A finalist at the 55th International “Premio Paganini” Violin Competition, where he performed the concertos of Paganini and Sibelius with the Orchestra of the Teatro Carlo Felice, he has been awarded the title “Talent of Genoa in the World” and received the prestigious “Paul Harris Fellow” honor from Rotary International. Winner of numerous national and international competitions, he graduated with highest honors from the “Niccolò Paganini” Conservatory of Genoa and further refined his artistry under the guidance of distinguished masters such as Salvatore Accardo, Massimo Quarta, and Tibor Varga.
Active as a soloist throughout Europe, Pushkarenko combines an intense concert career with a strong commitment to composition. Among his major works is the Violin Concerto “Superbo,” recorded in 2021, alongside several virtuosic pieces for solo violin, often premiered in prestigious venues. His artistry—marked by brilliant technique, a powerful interpretative identity, and expressive depth—places him among the most compelling violin personalities of his generation.
